Telemedicine CPAP Consultation

Thank you for choosing YourCare Medical Supply for your CPAP company.

In order to comply with personal distancing, we are encouraging our patients to participate in a Telemedicine (audio/visual) visit.

Before your scheduled appointment, please read the following:

  1. Please click on the following link and review the video prior to your appointment: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOGkJvSPhsM. This video will demonstrate the CPAP set-up process.
  2. The day of your appointment:
    • Please assemble your CPAP machine (as per the above video).
    • Review the Quick Start Guide that is located in the carrying case.
    • Plug your machine into an electrical outlet (the power cord is located in the front pocket of the carrying case).
    • Locate the humidifier tubing that is located in the zippered compartment, unwrap it and connect it to the back of the machine.
    • Unwrap the humidifier tub and place it into the machine.
    • Unpackage your mask and assemble it according to the directions inside of the package.

Setting-up your Respiratory Therapist CPAP Appointment with Telemedicine

*You will need to have a computer, IPAD/Tablet or a cell phone that has a camera.

We utilize a website called Doxy.me. Please read the directions below:

  1. We will send you an invite through your email. Open up your email invite from us. Look for the link that’s in your email called: doxy.me/ycms. At the time of your appointment, click on that link.
  2. This will direct you to our Telemedicine website. You should see the following: "Please check in below to let our Respiratory Therapist know that you are here". Then you need to enter your name (first name only) and then check the "enter" button.
  3. The next step may ask you to enable your camera and microphone. Enter yes for both. We will then see you in our "queue".

If you cannot locate the email link, open up your search browser on your computer or IPAD/Tablet (Google, Safari, or Firefox only):

  • At the very top of the page, enter the following: doxy.me/ycms and press "go" or "enter".
  • This will direct you to our Telemedicine website. You should see the following: "Please check in below to let our Respiratory Therapist know that you are here". Then you need to enter your name (first name only) and then check the "enter" button.
  • The next step may ask you to enable your camera and microphone. Enter yes for both. We will then see you in our "queue".
  • If you do not see yourself, you need to turn off your device and then turn it back on. Sometimes the camera is blocked if you have recently used it with another app. Resetting your device should unblock the camera.
